The ease and simplicity of the checkout process is very important to us, and normally is finished in just a few clicks. If you have problems checking out and have read this page, please Contact Us and we will help you through the process. We want to hear about your experience, especially if you have a problem that is in need of attention.
You do NOT need a PayPal account to checkout using PayPal. Normally, you will be taken directly to the form for entering your credit card information. If you do not immediately see the credit card information form after clicking the checkout button from the shopping cart, you can still pay directly with a credit card. Please click the "continue" link to the left of the PayPal login box (See screenshot below), instead of logging in with a PayPal account.
If you are trying to pay by credit / debit card and already have a PayPal account, you may be given the option to login and finish checking out using your PayPal account, even though you have already entered your card information directly. This is only an option - you are still free to finish checking out without logging in to PayPal. See the screenshot below to see where to click:
This is the easiest way to checkout. Just login using the username and password that you set up when you created your PayPal account. Don't forget to review the payment source to make sure it is what you want. The default payment source will usually be funds from your PayPal account balance, or your bank account if your PayPal balance is too low. If you want to use another funding source, like a Credit or Debit card, make sure you change it using the "Change" link provided. (see screenshot below)
If you have a PayPal account, you may log in at www.paypal.com to view details of your PayPal account.
PayPal checks the details of every transaction in order to prevent fraud. Unfortunately, sometimes legitimate cards can be blocked if something about the transaction is considered by PayPal to be suspicious. This can happen when transaction totals are over $2,000 or if the billing information does not match the information associated with the card being used, or for various other reasons. If the transaction is rejected, you will see the following message after pressing the "Review Order and Continue" button:
"The credit card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit card number."
If this happens to you, and if you are checking out without logging in to a paypal account, there are 3 ways to resolve the problem (Listed in order of convenience):
