U.S. Shipping

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are based on order subtotal before shipping is applied:


$99.00 or more

= FREE Shipping!

Less than $99.00

= $5.00 Flat Rate!


Shipping Speed:

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. The shipping service used is based on weight as follows:


All orders 9 pounds or under

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Day service)

Some orders over 9 pounds

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Day service)

Some orders over 9 pounds

UPS (5-10 Day service)


Orders under 9 pounds:

All orders under 9 pounds ship by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Day service).


Orders over 9 pounds:

Orders over 9 pounds are shipped by either USPS Priority Mail or UPS, based on the lowest shipping cost. In general, orders far from California will usually ship via USPS Priority Mail, while orders in nearby states will ship via UPS. The time frame can be anywhere from 5-12 business days.


Local Orders:

If you live in Ridgecrest, CA and would like to pick up your order, please make a note of that during checkout and we will promptly refund your shipping. Currently there is no "pickup" option available during checkout, so this is the best we can do.

International Orders

Currently, Marine Phytoplankton (Powder, Liquid, & Capsules), Sea Trinity and Brown Seaweed Extract are the only products available to the majority of customers outside of the U.S. We can ship other products depending on the country and the customs restrictions. We will send you an email with a paypal request if additional shipping cost applies to the products that are not listed.


International Shipping Rates:

We ship all international orders via USPS First Class International mail. You pay only a flat $25 rate for orders under $98 and a $30 shipping fee for orders over $99. The shipping fee includes insurance on your package. Your package will arrive in 7-15 business days. If you would like to upgrade to express delivery or add additional products not on our international shipping list, please call for a shipping quote.

Payment

All payments are processed via a secure site operated by PayPal. We accept, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, Bank Account Electronic Funds Transfer, and PayPal.

We also accept personal checks for orders not placed online.


You do not need a PayPal account to checkout using PayPal. You can enter your card information directly in the form on the left of the PayPal Login box instead of logging in with a PayPal account.

Your privacy is very important to us. PureHealingFoods.com does not share or sell your information to others. We do not handle or store your financial information at all, since it is all handled directly by PayPal on their secure servers.

Returns

Errors:

We take great care to make sure your order is packed accurately and double-checked. However, if you received the wrong item due to our error, please Contact Us within 25 days for authorization, and we will quickly take care of the problem. We will pay shipping costs for you to return any unopened item that you received in error, and we will immediately send out the correct items at no charge.

Unopened products:

Unopened products are returnable with previous authorization within 30 days of purchase, and are eligible for your choice of either: 1) a store credit minus 10% restocking fee (not including any shipping paid), or 2) a refund of the original item purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Store credit will be automatically applied after your next purchase by way of refund back to the card used.

Opened products:

We do NOT make any claims that our products will cure or successfully treat any health condition or symptom. We are not licensed health care practitioners and leave it completely up to each customer to decide whether they think any nutritional supplement will have any specific benefit for them. We share testimonials of others as a way for our customers to learn what benefits other people believe they are receiving from our products, but each person is different and individual results vary. We also provide as much information about each of our products as we can, but ultimately you are responsible for deciding which products you will try. If you need help deciding which products might provide the nutritional benefits you are looking for, we recommend that you consult with a licensed nutritionist or naturopath. We hope you will understand that we can not accept returns on opened products that meet our quality standards.

Quality:

We stand by the quality of our products, and we guarantee our products to be the freshest, highest quality, most nutritionally dense products available. We take great care in choosing our suppliers, and in transporting and storing the products to ensure that they will be fresh when they reach you. We use the products ourselves and constantly monitor the quality. If you believe there is a problem with the quality of a product you received from us, please contact us to arrange to return a sample for inspection. Upon receipt, we will evaluate the product to determine if it meets our quality standards. If a problem is found, we will refund the purchase price or provide a replacement at your request.
